First Intervention: “Building Sustainable Corporate Wellbeing: A European Framework for Action” by Vassia Manika
With a focus on Measurable Results, Stakeholder Engagement, and Systemic Impact

Vassia Manika will kick off this workshop dive deep into the research-backed benefits of corporate wellbeing in Europe. We’ll explore how to create measurable results across employee well-being, leadership practices, and company policies. Discover a multi-stakeholder framework for action, emphasizing alignment with public interest and accountability. Learn how to build sustainable wellbeing at the company and national levels, fostering a thriving European workforce.

Second Intervention: “Connection: A New Approach to Wellbeing and Mental Health Services” by Kleoniki Yannakopoulou. Following Vassia’s insightful session, Kleoniki Yan will present a transformative approach to wellbeing and mental health services centered around the concept of connection. Kleoniki will discuss innovative strategies for fostering meaningful connections that support mental health, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal relationships and community as pillars of wellbeing. Participants will leave with practical tools to enhance their mental health services and personal wellbeing through the power of connection.

Vassia Manika

Founder of Wellbeing Innovations

Vassia brings almost 20 years of expertise in nutrition and corporate wellbeing. She’s a certified coach (APC, mBIT, NLP Trainer Facilitator), corporate trainer and a specialist in designing and delivering impactful wellbeing programs for organizations. Her experience spans elite athletes, individuals, and large companies, with a focus on sustainable cultural change. Vassia actively contributes to research and professional organizations, promoting positive health and wellbeing in Europe.

Kleoniki Yannakopoulou

Founder and Scientific & Administrative Manager at ANIMA ngo for mental health and social support

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, majoring in Social and Clinical Psychology, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2002. She went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of Surrey, UK, in 2008. In 2019, she finished a postgraduate international program on Global Mental Health Policy, organized by the NOVA Medical School of Lisbon, Portugal, in collaboration with WHO and the Global Institute for Mental Health. Kleoniki has been professionally active since 2001, starting as a working counselor. She also served as a Job Promotion Officer and was responsible for socially vulnerable groups at the Lifelong Learning Center SYNERGY. At 28, she founded ANIMA, a nonprofit NGO dedicated to mental health, which has been operational since 2005. ANIMA runs a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Unit and offers various services for people facing life challenges and psychosocial difficulties. In 2011, ANIMA’s management was recognized by the National Network for Workplace Health Promotion for its outstanding commitment to Health Management, particularly in Mental Health Management in the Workplace.
