Thanks to a strong background in R&D in the field of innovative training methodologies for work-based learning, work socialization process, apprenticeship, consultancy for organizational development of SMEs, I have reinforced a cross-sectoral competence useful in international project design and management.
Today, as independent consultant, I love to support, individuals, professionals, companies and communities supporting their growth, continuous development and wellbeing, valorizing the exchange of knowledge and practices, creating challenging opportunities. This frame of reference, that characterizes me and my daily engagement in creating and developing creative collaborative networks.

Initially working as a certified teacher of English and Greek, I became a psychologist and specialized on Psychology of Education, as well as on Systemic Individual, Couple and Family Psychotherapy. Over the last 30 years I have worked as a prevention and treatment counsellor of addictions, practicing psychotherapeutic interventions to troubled adolescents, adults and families; as an adult trainer in tertiary education along diverse content and cultural milieus; as a supervisor of mental health professionals and systems; as a content expert in various EU projects. My academic qualifications, coupled with my extensive and varied work experience, enable me to offer my services in Psychotherapy, Training, Education, and Counselling at an expert level. I find meaning in supporting others address their needs towards wellness-towards a healthy life with flow, satisfaction, and positive outcomes

I hold a master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel governance from the University of Padova. During my studies I participated in different field activities and live training with Red Cross, OSCE, UN, and other international bodies. Thanks to that I was able to obtain strong skills in international human rights law, humanitarian law and in protection of women’s rights. I have several years of experience in managing EU funded projects (Erasmus+ KA1, KA2,KA3 CERV, Interreg, AMIF) related to gender equality, social inclusion, skills development and education and training. I also have been part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, where I have got experience in managing an International Consulting Company.

Anastasios is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics at the University of Patras. He holds an MSc degree in Data Driven Computing and Decision Making, jointly offered by the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics and the Department of Mathematics of the same university.
Anastasios firmly believes in the value of EU-funded projects as an effective means to experiment with and realize the European Union’s objectives, further contributing to the advancement of technology, society, and economic growth across the region.
Possessing strong programming expertise, Anastasios actively participates in national, European, and international Research & Development projects, with a primary focus on blockchain, artificial intelligence, democracy, and digitization of cultural heritage content.
Anastasios’ research interests center on leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies in novel ways to benefit society. He has (co-)authored several papers on platforms encompassing recommendation systems, and artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies.

President of the non-profit, historical Educational Association of Athens “Hfaistos” and the non-profit organization ACADEMY of ENTREPRENEURSHIP which I co-founded. I hold a degree in Business Administration with Major in Management Accounting and Minor in Economics from the State University of New York at New Paltz (1994), having graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. I have also been certified as a trainer of adult non-formal education by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP). I started my professional career teaching Management Accounting and Financial Accounting in New York College where I taught from 1995 until 2009. I also taught at the University of New York Tirana in Albania for 4 years. From 2004 to 2013, and taught Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting & Business Decision Support Systems courses as visiting lecturer at the State University of New York at New Paltz. In 1999, I started my own company offering training seminars for Management Accounting. In 2001, I founded the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs and I am currently serving as Honorary President. In 2014 I became the Head of Aephoria.net, an incubator of new business concepts and the host organization of the Bluegrowth initiative in cooperation with the Municipality of Piraeus, where new and innovative and sustainable business ideas related relevant to sea and aquatic resources are supported. In 2008, I introduced the institution of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Greece, with the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs being the host organization.

I am a Narrative Therapist, Storytelling Educator & certified trainer for Nora Bateson’s “Warm Data Labs”.
I have co-authored the books “Beyond Storytelling” and “Transforming Organizations”, on how to use narrative approaches in education, community building, and organizational transformation. I have also co-founded “Beyond Storytelling”, an international network of educators who use storytelling practices in leadership, change, and communication.
I have created an e-learning curriculum on Storytelling for the German “Green” University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and I teach narrative theory and practices to the leaders of “GIZ”, a federal agency of the German Ministry of Development supporting the achievement of its goals in the field of international cooperation for sustainable “green” development.
I am the co-initiator and co-organizer of three world conferences on Narrative and Community Practice with the title “Beyond Storytelling” in Heidelberg in 2017, in Hamburg in 2018, and in Lingenau, Austria in 2019. 
During the pandemic, I co-organized and supervised one of the largest online participatory projects of that time, in Brampton, Canada, on behalf of the municipality for 3,300 employees focusing on 1)sustaining the well-being of employees and citizens during online education, work, and communication and 2) introducing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
In December 2022, my project “Climate Parliament. Narratives of the non-human”, which highlights the “climate-related” stories of the non-living beings and things, was included in the program of the 8th Biennale of Contemporary Art, in Thessaloniki and became its most participatory event.

In the recent years, I expanded my professionalism to consultancy in research, selection of the main European funding sources and elaboration of project proposals complying with the requirements of the European programmes, through the use of the main methodologies and design techniques required by the European Commission. I work with Monica, Italian like me, under the “WE4EU ☆ We for you, we for Europe” brand, a hub of European projects design supporting organisations and professionals in the development of their activities at a European level and in their innovation and internationalisation processes.
