Clinical Counselling & Psycotherapy

Using the systemic tools, practices, and theoretical assumptions as well as the appreciative enquiry approach and process work theory our clinicians offer for individuals, families, and group:

  • Short term counselling on specific individual problems such as marriage discord, unemployment and change of work, relationship difficulties, parent-children conflicts, self-confidence issues, difficulties related to the changes of the life cycle.
  • Long term individual psychotherapy on identity issues of young adulthood, resilience and empowerment following adversities, relationship with oneself and the others, addiction related problems, adolescence challenges and adulthood, coping with death.
  • Family therapy offering support to families facing various difficulties such as life transitions, relationships between parents and adolescents, delinquency, intergenerational issues, absence of family members, constant change of family structures and function.
  • Couple therapy dealing with marital discord, separation and divorce issues, conflict and resolutions as partners and as parents, empty nest syndrome.
  • Group counselling parents facing mother and fatherhood issues, self-awareness in adolescence, relationship with oneself and others in adulthood, life cycle changes facing old age.

Meetings and sessions are feasible in face-to-face settings and/or via Skype.
