This presentation refers to issues that need to be taken into account when attempting to deal with difficulties in a school environment. The theoretical basis of the suggested practical guide incorporates concepts from the Systemic Theory (School of Milano, Haley), Mindell’s Processwork milieu, Appreciative Enquiry’s tenets (P. Lang, S. Markou), the intra-professional counseling developed by AKMA (Athenian Institute for the Study of Anthropos) and the model of prevention and early intervention applied by the Center for the Therapy of Dependent Individuals (KETHEA).
