Alessandro, I just want to thank you wholeheartedly for the care and treatment you are giving to our student Beatriz. She wrote to me to tell me that she's delighted and happy about the content of her internship and are being very useful to her. We are at your disposal whenever you need me. It is an honour to have partners like you for our Institution.

As a social cooperative we work mainly with EU funds developing our inclusive tools for marginalised people. TalentLab trainees support us in delivering some parts of the projects we are managing thus enriching the results we as Glocal Factory provide for our final beneficiaries. In this win-win-win cooperation our organization has shared with young project managers special contents over social entrepreneurship they can use in the start-up their career while our organization benefited from their talented ability to use social media and apply it to project management.

The trainees with whom we engaged through TalentLab represent a new paradigm of what entrepreneurship is all about and this is exactly what our impact incubator was set up to address. TalentLab interns not only significantly supported our full-time team in their task of submitting proposals for EU funded projects, but -through their work- also highlighted the fact that project management is fast becoming an integral part of an entrepreneur’s skill set, which we have to nurture from the very beginning in all business processes. We are thrilled to have collaborated with TalentLab and the Community that surrounds it, which is already sparking a new entrepreneurial spirit and a new generation of pioneers.

Through our cooperation with TalentLab, we provide young project managers the opportunity to practice their skills on EU projects run by Hub Nicosia and our partners (such as Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and others). We find this experience also as a host organisation valuable.

Having managed over 35 projects in the last 10 years, and aiming at the submission of more EU funded proposals, we are excited to have developed a partnership with TalentLab. Their junior project manager trainees, cautiously and professionally supervised by Elena and Alessandro, have supported our nonprofit organisation in submitting innovative project ideas to be financed. Their fresh contribution also brought to our non formal training organisation the latest approach on project management, namely an innovative digital approach to it, which we took advantage of.
